Listening is central to the success of the work of Richardson & Associates. The act of listening begins early in the design process and continues through to its completion. By listening to our clients we gather information and valuable input, which directly shapes the outcome of our work.

Effective listening is more than simply hearing: it is the ability to communicate well, ask appropriate questions, and learn from the process. Effective listening throughout a project results in spaces that are tailored to the goals, objectives, needs, uses, interests, and preferences of our clients.
